This Mercedes was sold new in 1988 in Switzerland and registered there up to 2019 when it was sold to Holland. Being a back-up vehicle explains the low odometer reading of just 31.000Km. As an inside parking vehicle, the Mercedes shows no weather deterioration, the 31.000Km really show!! Because of the Swiss installed environmental control system (+ lambda) it is hard to tune the carburetor, this needs to be fixed, or this system needs to be removed.
