The Land Rover 4x4 Lightweight came into service at the Dutch Air
Force in 1978. It was delivered as an original LHD, and was mainly
kept inside as a Depot Back-up Vehicle, hence the low odometer
reading. After the Dutch Air Force period, the LR came in the hands
of a classic collector, but he never had the LR registered, so again
not many km’s were added here too. The last 20 years, the car was
owned by an other collector. Here too, the Land Rover spend most of
it’s time in the garage, only 6000 Km were added in over 20 years. However, the Land
Rover did get its oil changes every one to two years. Overall it
shows previous owners took very well care of their beloved vehicle. |
